By using this website you also consent to the terms laid out in the Cruises.ca Privacy Policy. You also agree to the Terms and Conditions of the respective tour company/operator, cruise line or tour operator providing the travel product you are purchasing (e.g., cruise only product, cruise packages (cruise + flight arrangements), etc.). The Rules and Regulations (or Terms & Conditions) for the cruise line, airline or tour operator, etc. providing the customer’s selected product are made available during the booking process via a featured link to their Terms and Conditions.

It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Cruises.ca (DBA Red Label Vacations Inc.), before purchasing travel services through the Cruises.ca website and/or its affiliate sites. We reserve the right to update and/or modify these Terms when needed. Cruises.ca reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend this agreement/ Terms and Conditions of Website Use at any time by posting the revised/amended terms on this website. The amended terms shall be effective from and after the date that they are updated on the cruises.ca website.

It is the responsibility of the user to return to this page to review updated versions of our Terms of Use /Terms & Conditions.

Users of the Cruises.ca website shall be referred to as 'the customer' in these Terms & Conditions also known collectively as “The Agreement”.

Responsibility of this Website:

Cruises.ca (DBA Red Label Vacations Inc.) is a licensed travel agency in the province of Ontario and throughout Canada. As such, it offers the service of providing reservations and travel information, as provided by various third party suppliers to the customer.

As a condition of use for this website, customers purchasing travel product on Cruises.ca certify that they have reached the age of majority in the province of Ontario (18 years of age) and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. If a customer is under the age of majority they must book travel services over the phone and be able to offer live, vocal proof of permission from a valid adult legal guardian and email or fax a parental consent letter.

Alternatively, the minor may book in person at our offices, accompanied by a legal guardian (with valid supporting identification).

Please Note that several cruise line companies have age restrictions on the main passenger listed on a cabin booking. Ages range from the main booking person being 18 years of age to 21 years of age. Please review the terms of conditions for your cruise line on details regarding this matter. Cruises.ca is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users.

Pricing and Content Shown on Cruises.ca:

All prices within this website are in both Canadian and American currencies (dollars) unless otherwise stated and are most commonly displayed as priced in “CAD or "USD". There are circumstances where you may be able to change the currency for purchasing “cruise only" packages. Once your preferred currency selection is made, the chosen currency must show alongside the listed cruise package (e.g., EUR, USD) in order to purchase the product in that particular currency.

All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of a tour operator/ cruise line change, are not the responsibility of Cruises.ca.

There can be moments when an advertised price on this site may differ from the final confirmed price. This may be a direct result of an unavoidable delay between the third party service provider and the most current cruise line, tour operator, consolidator or airline selling price. Should there be a discrepancy between the initial advertised price shown on the website and that of the actual selling price; the latter, confirmed-final price shall prevail.

Prices are usually based on double occupancy, therefore prices may also vary if a customer is booking a single, triple, quadruple or quintuple occupancy per cabin/stateroom, thus altering the pricing format set out by the tour operator or cruise line. When a cruise price is confirmed (by clicking “Book Now”), the actual price reflecting occupancy changes will then appear.

All products are subject to availability. All informational content, such as cruise ship information (both in written and image form) and destination information on this website is provided only as a guideline and may not be an exact representation. Cruises.ca is aware that the customer is in demand of accurate information and as a result will make every effort possible to ensure that the content within this website is up-to-date. However, due to constant changes and occasional circumstances beyond our control some of the cruise ship and destination information within this website may not be entirely accurate. Cruises.ca makes every effort to ensure that images on this website are as close a representation as possible but cannot be held responsible for changes or inaccuracies beyond our control.

Cruise ship ratings within this website are not the opinion of Cruises.ca and may be different than the cruise ship ratings of the various tour operators offered through the Cruises.ca website. Reviews and messages posted on the site are the sole views of the author(s) and do not in any way reflect views expressed on behalf of Cruises.ca.

Enroute Delays:

If your flight is delayed, report to airline personnel immediately that you are en route to a cruise and need assistance to meet your cruise, or if returning from your cruise vacation, request an alternate flight. Inform your travel insurance company of the delay situation in case you may be covered for costs incurred. If the delay will prevent you from meeting the ship as scheduled, please contact the cruise line to advise of your situation at the cruise line telephone numbers listed in your documents and your intent to join the cruise as soon as possible. We recommend to arrive at your port of embarkation one day prior to departure and plan your return flight from your port of arrival one day after your disembarkation. The accommodation and any other fees and expenses are at the passenger's expense.

If you have any questions or issues that may arise during your vacation, please report these to the local airline representative, onboard cruise staff, transfer agent or hotel personnel, as applicable. Failure to report your concerns may preclude your right to make an insurance claim. If you require assistance during your journey, please contact 207-805-9119.

Payment:

Bookings made through a Cruises.ca travel agent in person may be paid using cash tender, or credit card. VISA, MasterCard or American Express cards are accepted.

Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards only. In some cases American Express may not be available as a payment option. Airfare and cruise package purchases are 100% non-refundable. Canadian and American credit cards are accepted. International credit cards will not be accepted.

Cruises.ca will not appear on your credit card statement. The vendor (i.e. cruise line, tour operator) will appear as the billing name on your statement.

Payment for cruise bookings (made online or in person with a Cruises.ca travel agent) is not always required in full at the time of purchase. Deposits placed to hold a cruise vacation reservation are unique to that cruise vacation product. When a credit card is used to confirm and pay for a booking, you, the passenger and/or the cardholder give consent to Cruises.ca for the credit card's use. Your written or verbal authorization to use your credit card for deposit and / or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed a final payment draft of the payment agreement. Non-payment on the due date may result in automatic cancellation with applicable penalties.
Cruises.ca can assure you that your cruise vacation price will not increase once you have paid your balance in full unless there is an unforeseen exception.

The booking and required deposit must be confirmed within the time frame specified by the individual cruise line and tour operator involved in your bookings in order to secure a definite reservation. The cruise line and tour operator reserves the right to cancel a booking where any payment is not received by the due date and applicable cancellation charges will be assessed at that time. Payment policies following are based on information provided by the individual cruise lines and tour operator at the time of online print and reflect the sailing durations featured on this site. Cruises.ca, as well as the individual cruise lines and tour operator reserve the right to change these deposit and final payment policies without notice.

Please be advised that space may be limited and prices are subject to changes on pending reservations. Accommodations will only be reserved/ confirmed once a deposit has been applied to the booking file and will be kept as long as future payments as per the original booking agreement have been met.

Please note that passengers may be declined boarding with no compensation if any of the cruise line rules regarding payment are not followed.

The credit card holder and/or payer on the booking is the person with whom Cruises.ca has the contract/ agreement to provide travel services to and it this person with whom Cruises.ca is liable to. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.

If you are using a third party credit card (the use of a credit card that does not belong to any of the passengers on file) the booking may not be confirmed immediately. Reservations are only confirmed once a verification process is conducted that mitigates the risk of fraud for that booking. Rates and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed (payment is processed).

Please refer to the cruise line details regarding your specific cruise vacation booking for further information on your cruise vacation inclusions (meals, activities, etc.) and what is not.

Confirmation and Ticket Delivery:

After a booking is made, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that all contact information is accurate at the time of booking (full name, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the travel product that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the confirmation email and that of what the customer has booked, the customer must contact our offices during our regular business hours (1-800-861-8007) immediately.

Your electronic tickets (e-tickets) and supporting information will be made available to you once you register online with your individual cruise line. Special
arrangements will be made for bookings made within 21 days of departure.
