Disney’s Oceaneer Lab:
This futuristic and fun setting provides a wide range of delightfully themed activities, toys, games and Disney movies to make the perfect oasis at sea. It features decorative planetary orbs, sparkling fiber-optic stars and interactive lab stations where children 3 to 12 years of age can perform educational experiments. Other elements include a computer lab, science lab, reading area, lounge area and multiple televisions. An endless supply of toys, games and Disney movies make this the perfect oasis at sea.
Edge:
This special lounge is available exclusively to tweens – children 11 to 14 years of age. This interactive space is designed to look like the ship's bridge where pre-teens can steer a virtual ship, play videogames, watch television and participate in arts and crafts. Tweens can also sing karaoke, go on scavenger hunts and take part in special themed nights. The space features kid-friendly computers, videogame consoles with the latest games and plush couches for relaxing with new friends.
Vibe:
It's "teens-only" in this exclusive space for those ages 14 through 17. Designed to resemble a college dorm recreation room or hip urban coffee shop, Vibe boasts plush couches, a dance floor, a mirrored wall and a bar with stools. This teen haven offers teens opportunities to socialize with cruisers their own age with flat-screen televisions, videogames, board games, DVD players and a wide range of fun activities like dance parties and karaoke, chaperoned by some of the coolest counsellors at sea.
Disney Cruise Line nightclubs and lounges aboard the Disney Magic are uniquely themed spaces where children and adults can listen to live music, dance and participate in games and activities.
After Hours:
Home to 3 nightclubs and lounges, After Hours is an entire haven of nighttime entertainment. From a piano bar to a sports pub, each venue offers a unique experience for adult Guests to enjoy.
• Fathoms – During the day, Fathoms provides entertainment and fun-filled interactive games for the entire family. At night, the club caters exclusively to adults, offering dancing, games, karaoke and a full bar serving an array of alcoholic beverages.
• Keys – An intimate piano club amid a sophisticated Art Deco theme, Keys is inspired by the lounges and watering holes found along Sunset Boulevard during the Golden Age of Hollywood. Keys is reserved for Guests 18 years of age and older after 9:00 p.m.
• O’Gills Pub – O'Gills is a rollicking Irish bar with dark woods, brass accents and a selection of Irish beers. Here, adults can enjoy a pint and watch live sporting events on high-definition televisions. Exclusively for Guests ages 18 and older, O'Gills is a great spot for adults to unwind after a fun-filled day.
Cove Café:
A casual adults-only lounge to enjoy beverages and snacks while perusing a multitude of media. This intimate haven provides both air-conditioned indoor seating and ocean-breeze outdoor seating to relax with a refreshing alcoholic beverage, gourmet coffee or snack.
D-Lounge:
A fun, family lounge and nightclub entertainment area where both parents and children are invited to dance, sing, play games and enjoy live entertainment together.
Promenade Lounge:
An elegant Art Deco venue for families to enjoy a refreshing beverage or snack, surf the Internet or partake in fun activities.
Signals:
An adults-only outdoor bar located next to the Quiet Cove Pool, this cozy spot is where Guests 21 years of age or older can unwind with a refreshing cocktail or snack.
Character Greetings:
Character Greetings, where kids and adults can meet and greet Disney Characters, occur throughout the Disney Magic, both in designated places and during special surprise appearances.
Quarter Masters:
State-of-the-art arcade featuring the latest and greatest video games for the whole family. Utilizing a cashless system, each arcade offers a variety of the latest interactive games, plus thrilling classics, such as pinball and air hockey. Guests of all ages are invited to compete against each other and partake in some high-tech video fun. And with a number of retro-arcade games, parents might find themselves competing with their kids.
Pools:
Disney Cruise Line pools aboard the Disney Magic include 3 themed freshwater pools—one for kids, one for adults and one for families—open each and every day of your cruise vacation.
AquaDunk:
Thrill-seekers will want to head straight for AquaDunk, a breathtaking water slide that begins with a near-vertical drop and then loops riders out over the edge of the ship and back!
AquaLab:
AquaLab, is a water experiment-themed, children's play-area. Home to a freshwater pool and the Twist 'n' Spout slide plus a plethora of pop jets, geysers and bubblers, this 1,800-square-foot aqua playground is designed to delight young Guests and their families. As the story goes, AquaLab was created by Donald Duck's nephews and features a variety of water "experiments" designed to drench the whole family. Children must be potty trained to use this area. Swim diapers are not allowed.
To use the slide Guests must meet the minimum height requirement of 38 inches.
Nephews’ Splash Zone:
Nephews' Splash Zone is a whimsical water playground, for children 3 years of age and under. Home to fountains, bubblers and other wacky water experiments, this fun splash zone was "created" by and stars Donald Duck's crafty nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie.
Live Shows:
Thrill to fabulous original productions on the stage of the wonderful Walt Disney Theatre. Laugh and sing along with professional performers and favorite Disney Characters in Broadway-style shows with brilliant costumes and stunning special effects.
Movies:
On all Disney Ships, there are 2 large, state-of-the art theatre venues that screen first-run films and other popular motion pictures. In a cruise industry first, both theatres also screen 3-D digital movies. Equipped with the latest digital 3-D projectors, experience the fun and excitement of both new and classic films during your cruise with some special surprises - adding a fourth dimension to your Disney cruise movie-going experience.
Deck Parties:
Deck parties are spectacular, open-air music and dance extravaganzas that happen on the upper open-air deck of the ship. Starring many of your favourite Disney Characters alongside Disney Cruise Cast Members, Deck Parties invite you and your family to join in the excitement and be a part of the show.
Senses Spa and Salon:
Tranquility, pampering and relaxation in an ocean-view sanctuary providing therapeutic and personal care services for men and women. This immaculate setting offers spa treatments, massages, body wraps, facials, aromatherapy, manicures, pedicures, hairstyling and blowouts, plus teeth whitening at the Smile Spa, and a barber shop for traditional men's grooming services.
Guests of the Senses Spa & Salon must be 18 years of age and older. Spa services are not included with the price of the cruise.
Chill Spa:
A separate spa exclusively for teens ages 13 through 17 (inside Senses Spa & Salon) boasts a tranquil oasis with dedicated treatment rooms and seating area exclusive to teen Guests. Offering a wide variety of spa services and treatments, including facials, massages, and manicures, it's the perfect place for teens to relax, rejuvenate and indulge in soothing beauty treatments created just for them; such as a Heavenly Massage, Hot Chocolate Wrap and Ice Cream Manicure and Pedicure.
A parent or guardian must be present for the duration of all Chill Spa treatments. Spa services are not included with the price of the cruise.
Fitness Centre:
An expansive exercise facility with a breathtaking ocean view. Make the most of the state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and weight machines, as well as numerous classes and seminars offering aerobics, yoga and Pilates instruction.
Guests of the Fitness Centre must be 18 years of age and older.
Wide World of Sports Deck:
A massive open-air activities area featuring basketball and volleyball courts. In this dynamic environment, you're sure to find a friendly pick-up game to join, or a volleyball or soccer net to practice your shots. Kids, teens and adults of all ages are invited to enjoy this outstanding place for fun activity and fresh air. This deck is also a wonderful place for gazing out at the ocean to enjoy sweet sea breezes and sweeping, panoramic views from the highest vantage.
