CHARTREUSE
Featuring a classic French menu with a modern twist, Chartreuse evokes memories of a chic Parisian fine dining restaurant discovered during an evening stroll. Wherever you are seated in this regal restaurant, you will be treated to a succulent dinner while enjoying incredible ocean views. The restaurant ambiance is complemented by a menu that features dishes expertly prepared using both classic and modern techniques for a multiple course celebration of French gastronomy.

SETTE MARI AT LA VERANDA
Inspired by the views of the Italian Riviera, the ambiance is one of everyday glamour. Rich blues and whites, contrasted with terrazzo floors and teak wood accents, adorn the interior spaces and culminate in a stylish and spacious al fresco area, replete with comfortable cushioned seating and striped awnings that allow the breeze to flow through. In the evenings, La Veranda transforms into the warm and inviting Sette Mari at La Veranda, where tables are candlelit to match the star-filled skies. The menu also transforms into a tantalizing journey of alluring antipasto, perfect homemade pastas, enticing main courses and divine desserts hailing from all over Italy.

ONE ADDITIONAL SPECIALTY RESTAURANT
In the coming months, one new specialty restaurant will be announced for Seven Seas Explorer®. This open-seating restaurant will feature its own distinct flavor and décor, with no additional service charge. This new space will bring the total of onboard dining venues to an unprecedented six opulent restaurants.

THE CAFÉ
Visit The Café on Deck 5 mid-ship to enjoy complimentary coffee drinks prepared by their baristas, as well as delicious pastries, gourmet sandwiches and homemade cookies. Additionally, international newspapers and news magazines are made available. This venue is your destination to relax, meet other guests and enjoy coffee and snacks throughout the day.

COMPASS ROSE
Much thought was given to the design of Compass Rose, the flagship restaurant of their fleet. The dining room is outfitted with rich woods contrasted by light marble stones and mother of pearl shimmering brightly with an elegant color theme of light shades of blue, white, gold and silver. Compass Rose delights with a beautifully defined atmosphere and transitions from refreshing natural light during the day to a romantic ice blue lighting theme at night. This is the perfect setting for you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner, where the menu features an exceptional variety of Continental cuisine.

POOL GRILL
Being open-air and just steps from the swimming pool on Deck 11, the Pool Grill welcomes casual diners. Its laid-back ambiance invites guests to come directly from lounging in the sun, or for a quick meal between shore excursions. While the atmosphere is deliciously informal, the menu and preparation reflects the same attention to detail as the finest of restaurants.

LA VERANDA
Serving breakfast and lunch, La Veranda is exceedingly popular any time of the day. Spacious and comfortably casual, La Veranda offers regional specialties that often reflect the cuisines of the countries called on, such as Grilled Lamb Chops with Spanish Sherry Sauce or pan-sautéed Mediterranean Sea Bass. Dishes are presented in a buffet style that displays the diversity of the menu. La Veranda also features an authentic pizzeria and a shaded, open-air veranda for dining al fresco.

PRIME 7
A true classic in every sense, the Prime 7 restaurant aboard Seven Seas Explorer® personifies luxury at every turn. Handsomely decorated with ingenious uses of glass, metal and granite, you will feel as if you have arrived at an iconic members-only club. Enjoy a cocktail at the bar before being taken to your personal banquette. And after savoring a succulent filet mignon or a mouthwatering côte de boeuf, delight in a digestif and a lively conversation with fellow guests in the comfort of supple leather wing-back chairs.

MERIDIAN LOUNGE
Located on Deck 5 mid-ship, the Meridian Lounge is elegantly appointed and comfortably furnished. Boasting an expansive bar and relaxed arm chairs, this space is an ideal location to gather for a cocktail, especially after one of the many exciting performances at the Constellation Theater. Your entertainment-rich evening continues with virtuoso performances by resident musicians.

CASINO
When you are in the gaming mood, delight in the exciting offerings inside the elegant, Monte Carlo-style casino. The Casino is located on Deck 4, and is open every day at sea when not restricted by territorial border limits. Glass doorways lead the way to table games that include Blackjack, roulette, stud poker, mini-craps and slot machines.

CONNOISSEUR CLUB
Located on Deck 11 forward, the Connoisseur Club is the perfect venue to enjoy a fine cigar or imbibe on your favorite libation while enjoying spirited conversation with new found friends. This elegant hideaway provides comfortable leather armchairs and a club-like atmosphere.

CONSTELLATION THEATER
Located on Decks 5 and 6 forward, the Constellation Theater is perfectly tiered for unobstructed viewing. This phenomenal venue pays homage to ornate show palaces of Hollywood’s golden age with a subtle swan motif woven into the seating banquettes, ceiling architecture and an intricate entry-way mosaic. Table-top Murano glass lamps provide a soft, warm glow for guests sitting in the comfortable cabaret-style seats.

EXPLORER LOUNGE
Located on Deck 4 mid-ship, the Explorer Lounge’s rich mahogany wood columns, heavy leather chairs and deep blue fabrics set the tone for the start of your evening. Resident musicians entertain with familiar tunes and special requests from an intimate stage arched with a golden proscenium. Choose to meet friends for a pre-dinner cocktail at the elegant, black marble bar.

OBSERVATION LOUNGE
Located on Deck 11 forward, the Observation Lounge brings to life opulence and indulgence with a rich color palate that features shimmering silver, gold, black and white color hues, while the floor to ceiling windows provide guests with incredible ocean vistas. The Observation Lounge musicians will entertain daily and it is the perfect spot for unwinding from afternoon tea time to pre-dinner cocktails to a nightcap.

CULINARY ARTS KITCHEN
At the Culinary Arts Kitchen, you will learn how to prepare a variety of exquisite dishes in a welcoming environment reminiscent of the most prestigious cooking schools in France in both layout and design. Eighteen individual cooking stations sit atop three long curved rows with white quartzite countertops and stainless steel accents, belaying the complex and richly flavored foods you will prepare during the classes.

CARD ROOM
The beautifully decorated Card Room is an inviting and tranquil oasis. Gather your favorite teammates for a quiet afternoon or evening of board games. Or stay at the top of your Bridge game, whether enjoying a social game or participating in an ACBL Tournament on select voyages. The Card Room is steps away from the Pool Deck on Deck 11 forward.

DESTINATION SERVICES
Located on Deck 5 in the Atrium, Destination Services helps you arrange your shore excursions, whether you select a tour from FREE Unlimited Shore Excursion menu or a customizable Regent Choice Shore Excursion. The helpful office staff can also assist with tailor-made pre-and post-cruise programs, from a simple stay in a luxurious hotel to a 3-night extension that includes private tours of coveted destinations.

LIBRARY
Well-stocked and exceedingly comfortable, the Library offers a calm setting for reading and relaxing. Enrich your mind with a vast collection of volumes ranging from destination-specific guide books to best-selling mysteries to classic literature. The Library is conveniently located across the Card Room on Deck 11 forward.

POOL DECK
Lounge the day away under the warm sun and an unforgettable vista on Deck 11 Pool Deck. Outfitted in teak accents, the Pool Deck is one of the most elegant at sea, featuring a lavish pool and two whirlpools. Amiable and dedicated crew is readily standing by to bring you a refreshing beverage, a plush towel or clean your sunglasses, while you bask in the sun and relax on your comfortable lounge chair.

CANYON RANCH SPACLUB®
Indulge in a treatment tailored to your taste within the serene Canyon Ranch SpaClub®, located on Deck 5 aft. On Deck 6 aft, above the Canyon Ranch SpaClub®, is the state-of-the-art Fitness Center, which features Lifecycles, free weights, striders, StairMasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. Canyon Ranch fitness experts lead popular exercise classes, such as Pilates, yoga and aerobics and are on hand to offer advice and demonstrate the use of fitness equipment.

JOGGING TRACK & RECREATION
Take in the fresh ocean air as you enjoy an early morning run or a brisk walk in the evening on the Jogging Track. Follow the path along Deck 12, where you will find a dedicated sports area featuring a deck shuffleboard, putting greens, golf nets, bocce court and paddle tennis or soak in the sun with spectacular views over the horizon.
